Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using the website or an app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. SnazzySoft is an independent software maker in Indonesia.

2. Free to use, with limits

Every app is free to download and use. Some features or sizes are reserved for Supporters; the Donate page lists what is free and what a Supporter licence adds for each app. We may change the free limits over time.

3. Donations and the Supporter licence

• A donation is a one-off payment of an amount you choose, at least the minimum shown for that app. It is not a subscription and is never charged again.
• Each donation unlocks the Supporter features of that app on one computer, with no expiry date. A donation for more computers covers that many.
• You can move a licence: remove the old computer under My devices, then sign in on the new one.
• A licence is for you. Don't sell, share or publish it, and don't try to get around the licence check.

Donations are voluntary and normally not refunded. If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or your licence did not activate, email snazzysoft.app@gmail.com with your order number and we will put it right.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account that is used to share licences, attack the service or break these terms. If that happens by mistake, contact us and we will look at it.

5. Using the apps fairly

Please don't:

• copy, crack, resell or redistribute the apps or their installers;
• reverse-engineer the licensing or the services behind the website;
• overload or disrupt the website or the download servers.

What you make with the apps is your responsibility. Only edit, swap or publish faces and pictures of people when you have the right to, and don't use the apps to deceive, harass or break the law.

6. Your files

Your photos, videos and projects are yours. We claim no rights to them, and the apps work on them on your own computer.

7. Services from others

Some features use services you connect yourself, such as the AI providers in SnazzyCut. Their terms and prices apply, and the costs on your own key or account are yours. Payments go through Midtrans under its terms.

8. Updates and changes

We improve the apps and may change or remove features. A Supporter licence keeps unlocking the Supporter features of its app on its computer. We may stop offering an app in the future; the version you have keeps working on your computer.

9. No warranty

The apps and the website are provided as they are. We work hard to make them reliable, but we can't promise they are free of errors or right for every purpose. Keep backups of your files.

10. Liability

As far as the law allows, SnazzySoft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost files, lost income or lost work. Our total liability to you is limited to what you donated to us in the 12 months before the problem.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Let's first try to solve any disagreement by talking; email snazzysoft.app@gmail.com.

12. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top. If you keep using the website or the apps after that, the new terms apply.
